As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
- Design & Development: Write scalable, and maintainable code using C#/.NET Core, Python/Django
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Lifecycle: Participate in the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- You have 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following tools [Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL, AWS/Azure, Docker].
- Strong understanding of software design principles and data structures.
- Experience with [React, Spring Boot, Kubernetes].
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in E-commerce, Healthcare, FinTech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
